With the exception of 10x punishment for elected officials, I totally disagree. Not only should my changes be in the Constitution, they would have to be in the Constitution or they would be in conflict with or confused for other things that are already in the Constitution.
Adding my articles in the Constitution also stops Congress from simply replacing them down the road a bit... when they've become tiresome. It's EASY, after all, for Congress to say say "Sure, we'll do [something]" when they also have the power to change their minds about it later on. That's why the Constitution is better than a law. It is the SUPREME law. A pain in the butt to circumvent.
