Some time has passed, and I still haven't seen word one as to what you folks think of my suggestions. Do you agree? Disagree? Find them confusing? Concerning? Needing refinement?

I will *bet* - if you're honest - that you'll see at least a few idea there that you haven't seen before. This is what happens when people think for themselves instead of just walking the party line (or the Rush Limbaugh line) all the time. The country needs MORE folks thinking for themselves. Otherwise, there's little point in having a Democracy. We'd be better off identifying the few actual thinkers and turn the country over to them.

I would say that you are talking federal laws, not the Constitution.
