Sounds like the Post hit a sore spot. Willard would be better off publicly telling the 'real story', if that story is actually compelling and in his favor, and then change the subject. However, going to the Post and attempting to argue with the reporters and the editors, will only keep this story on the front burner. In fact, this will become THE story but the base issue will continuously be revisited by BOTH sides raising noise level so that no one will miss the idea that there was a story there.
