If that's true, then he's more out-of-touch than most people think he is. After all, he's ALREADY lost the Hispanic vote, even if he suddenly retracted everything he's ever said about immigration or Arizona's SB-1070 law. However, by keeping this 'outsourcing' versus 'off-shoring' story alive, truly independent and moderates on both sides will start to question which of these two was actually the most destructive and if there's a split opinion of that issue, by Willard coming down strong on the side of 'outsourcing' as his way of making 'off-shoring' look bad, it could very well be a 'lose-lose' for him. Many people will end-up thinking that BOTH of these situations are undesirable and not something which supports job creation and all that they will be seeing is Romney coming out in full support of the one which is albeit less evil, but still considered as being a poor solution when in comes to the impact on society in general.
