Perhaps . . .
But saddam hussein had camouflaged underground
ammo bunkers filled with noxious chemicals which
tested positive (in the field) for nerve agent.

saddam hussein also made it a point to buy pesticide
manufacturing equipment - supposedly for agricultural
use - but which could also be easily 'adjusted' to
make nerve agent grade fill for his empty chemical
warheads.

I also remember reading in my paper that some
analysts believed saddam hussein could have
resurrected his chemical war fighting capability
within months of getting the U.N. inspectors out.

Sorry, Zimbler, but I'm going to side with OCU on this.

Oh, you're LITERALLY right, and if you're just trying to win a high school debate on definitions then you've got it in the bag. But your victory would be a hollow one once my army holding chemicals-and-no-warheads had obliterated your army holding warheads-and-no-chemicals -- and the city it was defending.

You don't NEED warheads to disperse mustard gas or serin. A couple of glass beakers and a steel drum will do the trick. A nutjob cult in Japan did just that on the Tokyo subway system a while back. Not a warhead to be found, but lots of dead bodies.
