She doesn't want to look at factual actions taken or not taken ... in the Fast & Furious program: (1) the Mexican authorities on the other side of the border were not notified of the program and didn't have an effing clue that it was taking place, (2) there was no implementation of actually trying to track the guns and explosives, and (3) there was no effort made to try to arrest the criminals and confiscate the weapons. So, what do you use to determine true "intent" ... the "word" of some ATF agents who know their asses are about to be chopped off if they can't manufacture an excuse for heinous misconduct and they can only come up with, "Well, we didn't do it intentionally ... honest injun! (They borrowed that last bit from Elizabeth Warren, don'tcha know!) ... or, the cold, hard facts of what actually happened and didn't happen. If these dumbasses (any very possibly their higher-ups) didn't intend to allow thousands of guns and explosives to freely walk into the hands of the Mexican drug cartels, then pray tell, WHY wasn't the Mexican government informed beforehand ... and WHY was there no provision for actually tracking the weapons ... and WHY was there no attempt to apprehend the criminals and confiscate the weapons, eh? WHY was that, clo?!
