Well, Professor ... in my mind, "better law" means real tort reform, allowing insurance companies to create and sell plans that are the same across the nation (i.e., no different restrictions imposed by state), and allowing the marketplace to rule (i.e., get the government the hell out of the mix). But, that means milquetoasts like Romney, McConnell, and Boehner are going to have to grow a pair and do what is right, rather than what is expedient. As always, it ends up in the laps of the American people ... we can either hold our representatives accountable and replace them if they insist on going their own way or we can suffer the consequences.
