And You Call This A "Supreme Court"? What A Joke On Our Constitution!

The Supreme Court's ruling on Obamacare that so blatantly tramples our rights and the Constitution, should come as no surprise to anyone. The same that its consequences should also come as no surprise to anyone: Goodbye small business hiring, goodbye companies investing, goodbye jobs, goodbye recovery! Hello uncertainty, hello economic stagnation, hello another even worse recession than the one we are going through! Indeed a bleak future!

But then, presidential elections do have consequences, and aside from all the disastrous consequences the electing of this arrogant Kenyan scion to the White House have had on the world stage that have verily changed the course of history for the worse, and have already been the catalyst for much conflict, carnage, and bloodshed; one of the dire consequences of the Obama presidency has been his having stacked the Supreme Court with a Puerto Rican activist with a "La Raza" agenda, who thinks she knows better than you and I because she is "Latina" and a "woman"; and a leftist, progressivist, lesbian! What else than this would you expect in their rulings?

Then there is the insidious reality that even supposedly conservative Supreme Court judges appointed by Republican presidents in the past, once ensconced in their judicial thrones, have betrayed the trust of those who appointed them, turned turncoats, and shown their true progressivist agenda! Justice Roberts stated at his confirmation hearings that he would exercise justice with humility. That is all good and noble, but, humility is one thing and being servile and groveling to Obama is quite another. He should be ashamed of himself and of his recent trampling of our Constitution. And this, coming from non other than the Chief Justice of our Supreme Court! God (if I am even allowed to mention Him anymore) help us!!!

Elections do indeed have consequences, and those naive simpletons who voted for Obama buying all his "Hope and Change" bullcrap because of white guilt, so as not to be deemed "racist", and or for once to give the charming, charismatic, brilliant, black man a chance, did not realize what they were voting was for a noose for their necks!

If this is happening now, when even though tilting left, yet there is still some semblance of balance within our Supreme Court, imagine if Obama is re-elected and gets the chance to stack two or three more of his justices in the Supreme Court! It would indelibly change America irreversibly for ever! Forget about ever reversing Roe v. Wade, forget about the Second Amendment and your right to own a gun, forget about securing our borders, forget about "States Rights" - only "Big Brother" will have any rights! That is why it is so imperative that Obama be defeated in November...or it will alter the fate of our nation and the course of history for the worse, more than it tragically already has!

What is deliciously ironic about the Supreme Court's ruling that the Obamacare mandate is a tax, is that unlike that tax on tea, which was a luxury item you could choose to do without, which sparked the Boston "Tea Party", one of the most significant events that helped bring about our War of Independence and the creation of our Republic; the Obamacare mandate tax, is a tax arbitrarily imposed upon us all, by this immoral ruling by the Supreme Court, that unlike the tea back then, that you could have chosen to do without, we must all pay whether we choose to or not! It almost makes you long for King George and his benign taxation!

Colonials could have done without the tea and avoid the tax. Present day Americans must buy into Obamacare or be penalized. Talk about fair taxation!

One thing is certain, if the American patriots who fought for our independence and to be freed of onerous taxation, had lived today, they would have dragged these nine vultures in black robes from their judicial thrones, and hanged them from the nearest tree that would bear their weight. Alas! But that was then, and this is now! They will all, though, eventually answer to a "Higher Authority"... specially for all the unborn.

Our Republic - we are not a "Democracy", we do not have mob rule as divisive Obama would have us be, has three co-equal branches of government: The Executive - which of late under Obama has been exercising dictatorial powers by presidential fiat; the Legislative - our dysfunctional and politically polarized Congress and Senate; and our Judicial - which culminating with this latest Supreme Court decision that disregards our Constitution and our rights, has for several years been but a festering chancre of leftist 60's radicals activists legislating from the bench, imposing upon us all their leftist, secularist, progressivist, agenda by judicial fiat. The intention of our Founding Fathers was that these three branches of government would keep each other in check, precisely to avoid what we are experiencing now.

The Supreme Court was supposedly to be above all political frays - a body of learned jurists that would be arbiters as to how the laws enacted by our Legislative, and or the executive orders of the president, conformed to our existing Constitution. Not to supercede the Constitution and or ignore it, as the Supreme Court has in this latest ruling. But, unfortunately, our Supreme Court has become but a niche of partisan activism. Seems that to them the Constitution is no longer as important, as their personal political ideology!

David Paul Kuhn, Chief Political Correspondent for RealClearPolitics, summed it up best in his article in The Atlantic of June 29, 2012, titled "The Incredible Polarization and Politicization of the Supreme Court":

"John Roberts said he wanted a less polarized court. But the ACA ruling is just the latest in a string of 5-4 rulings on contentious issues, and the problem is getting worse."

"It still came down to one vote."

 "Had Chief Justice John Roberts sided with his fellow conservatives, as he often does, the definitive legislation of Barack Obama's presidency, progressives' century-long fight for universal health care, would have been thrown out. We are inured to this irony: Many of the Court's rulings that have the greatest influence on American life are increasingly decided by the narrowest possible margin."

It is noteworthy to point out, that this ruling by the Supreme Court in support of Obama could very well become a trend, especially if he stacks the court with even more of his leftist judicial stooges in a second term, that would grant this petty wanna-be black despot in the White House unprecedented powers.

Some naive people may presume that because it is our "Supreme Court", that the rulings of such an august body are just and above reproach. It is a stark reminder, that such tyrants as Castro, Syria's Al-Assad - who is presently butchering his people, and or the late Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein (no relation to our Obama Hussein) all have, or have had, "Supreme Courts" that justified their tyranny, oppression, and their slaughter under a cloak of "legality" and "due process".

Fidel has a Cuban "Supreme Court". What good has that Supreme Court done to the Cuban people that suffer under his Marxist dictatorship, except to justify with revolutionary "legality" his butchering of the Cuban people?

Is this the kind of Obama "Supreme Court" we can look forward too in the future, if re-elected? For one thing. Supreme Court justices should have limited terms, and not be ensconced for life in their posts. This would minimize the politicization and "stacking" of the Supreme Court.

Personally, and with the greatest respect and reverence for his "High and Mighty Office" as Chief Justice of the United States, enthroned in his "Ivory Tower" and ensconced in his "Judicial Throne" for life (what a sinecure!), where no man can touch him, I would like to tell Chief Justice Roberts, who was pivotal in this decision, in the colloquial Italian of his fellow justice Scalia: "Sei una Obama puttana di strada. Vaffanculo!" [Translation: You're Obama's whore. Fuck off!] And stick my middle finger defiantly at him, on this decision of his that yokes me, and all Americans, with the Obamacare mandate I choose not to have!
