Beldin:

As usual, not a clue.

Government and others (eg labor unions, the community, other benevolent organizations representing society or the general good) can set broad standards. There is no need to examine every contract. Just those brought to their attention for broaching standards or breaking the law.

Oh, so who looks at every contractual arrangement and decides whether it is "fair" or not, eh? You want the government to inspect every business contract and opine on its "fairness" ... as defined by you, no doubt ... before it can be signed?

Good grief, killthcat ... you're no businessman ... you're just an ignorant ideologue.

Willing buyer and willing seller ... willing employee and willing employer ... the participants are the ones who decide if the deal is fair or not.
