Ah, the government, labor unions, the "community," and "other benevolent organizations" should have the right to approve of any contract that is "brought to their attention," eh?! As usual, not a clue.

Government and others (eg labor unions, the community, other benevolent organizations representing society or the general good) can set broad standards. There is no need to examine every contract. Just those brought to their attention for broaching standards or breaking the law.
