Hell, ribit ... before we even get to "who pays 'em," who the hell are they, who gets to decide whether they are sufficiently "benevolent" or not, and how do they make that determination? By what authority would these so-called "other benevolent organizations" have to right to inspect private business contracts, eh? Again, killthecat is simply proposing what would be a state-run economy.
