Tell me KTC, if you have money to invest, do you think someone else should tell you where to put it? Should the government tell you to put your savings in their bonds for one percent when the bank will pay you one point two-five percent? What is the difference between them telling you how much interest you can earn on your savings and telling a business how to run it's business? Use you wonderful education and explain it to me.

Because it's not a fair contractual arrangement if the owners have all the money and all the power.

For the good of society, workers do need some protection from abusive work environments. Do you think Human Turds or free market forces will provide it? Business owners in it to maximize the money they make, which within bounds is OK.

Nanny State is your foolish description, not mine.
