Obamacare is a healthcare bill that is partially funded by a tax. Judge Roberts musta missed that fine legal point.

Obamacare was not written as a tax. In fact, on Huckerbee, it was said that a tax was explicitly removed from the final bill.

So, why is it not the case that Obamacare has been struck down as null and void? Sure the justices said it would work as a tax. But the law doesn't reflect one.

It should be back to the drawing boardm should it not?

Seems to me the public's being hoodwinked.

Seems to me Congress is screwing up here. They should be declaring this law null and void.
