micro, because you paid in full, the hospital did not have to pay someone to track the bill and collect the payments.

Hi Ribit!

Well, I am not either but that does not change the fact that right on the back of the page of our Bill was a financial section talking about whether one could afford to pay for the bill or needed assistance from a payment plan clear through totally free depending upon one's circumstances.

I saw it in black and white.

The thing I liked is that when I phoned the Hospital to pay the bill, the accounts receivable section told me if I paid what the insurance company adjusted the bill to and said was my responsibility TODAY in FULL that they would give me a 20 percent reduction for paying in full.

I didn't complain. I paid it in full minus the 20%.

Talk about being blessed out of the clear blue and no understanding as to why! I'll take it and say THANK YOU LORD!

the best,

micro... Very Happy
