...at da hospital where my sister in law was until just recently, they have little chip thingys on every piece of equipment in the hospital. Twice a day they got a guy who comes around with a little hand held wand and it inventories all the equipment in that particular room and it generates a bill for the use of that equipment whether you are using it or not. The computer system also keeps up with where the equipment is so that if they need it for somebody they can go get it. They don't use storage rooms anymore.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
