Correct, but it gives them a hammer to beat on that glass ceiling...

GOP is so anti labor, anti women, how can any sane woman be part of their game? We had a long term race, see who could make more, my wife came close a few times, but between my OT, COLA, decent contracts, plus all the travel money cash flow, I stayed ahead.. Not by much, tho..

Single income families are done... Both have to contribute, all the better if the fairer sex gets a fair shake...

Technically the 'Lilly Leadbetter Act' does NOT ensure that women get equal pay, but rather it makes it easier for a women to bring action against an employer who may not be conforming with the existing laws already in place which are supposed to ensure that women are receiving equal pay for equal work.
