Didn't agree with it, then, and don't agree with it, now ... BUT, the huge difference is that Bush was content to let his immigration reform proposals go through the sausage grinder that is Congress ... not go around Congress, dictatorially ignore existing law, and force his individual will on this issue down everyone else's throats via executive orders like Barry Soetoro.
