It has now come to light that Mitt Romney's name was listed as CEO of Bain Capital in a 2001 standard filing required of the company, when Romney claims to have left the company in February of 1999. The Romney campaign has stated that this is so because of a quirk in the law while the Obama campaign has claimed that this is an indication that Romney was still involved in decisions about outsourcing of jobs to places like India and China. IN addition to this, there is also a 2001 filing with the Massachusetts governmental agency that oversees corporations that lists Romney as the CEO of Bain. In addition to this, forms list Romney as receiving 100,000 of compensation from Bain in 2000 and 2001. Both campaigns are accusing the other of lying on this issue.

Regards,

Joe
