It rained here yesterday...and I don't mean some light mist near the coast, we're talking about rain the soaked the streets, messed up traffic and continued overnight and into this morning. I had to drive with my wipers on nearly all the way home. Now this is JULY!!! It never rains in July in SoCal (first time in my 31+ years here I can recall something like this).
