...the .223 is the caliber our troops use for the most part. It was also used by the beltway snipers. A .22 magnum is a .22 cal bullet that has more powder behind it so it goes further and faster than a regular .22. A regular .22 is usually a lead bullet and the .22 mag is copper jacketed. I dunno why. More penetration/less expansion.
...how he got the weapons is really kinda irrelevant. I wonder if he got them from Holder during the Fast and Furious gun sale he held recently.
