But, leftists like to look at it that way because the government is their end all, be all ... the highest level on their food chain ... and if their beloved government, who, in their fevered minds, really owns every citizen's assets (and why wouldn't they feel that way ... the government actually engineered every personal success story, right?!), allows some citizens to actually keep some of their own blood, sweat & tears, then that is de facto spending by the government, eh? ROTFLMAO ... what total hogwash!
Also, the supposed $152 billion in spending on "health care reform" through 2017 is complete and utter delusional, leftist fantasy!!!
And how are "policy changes" defined for purposes of this joke of a chart, eh?
And why don't we also focus on how these "policy changes" increase or decrease costs to the American taxpayers, themselves, directly? Hmmm ... I wonder how much the regulations imposed under these two presidents have cost the American citizens, eh?
