ribit, I wonder, if welfare was ended for anyone on ti for one year, would that have an effect on the budget? If unemployment ended after six months, would that have an effect on the budget? If the EPA was eleminated, would that have an effect on the budget? If all Congressmen were only allowed to spend $100,000 a year on their 'helpers', would that have an effect on the budget?If Congressmen were not paid a salary and did not get retirement, would that effect the budget? Should I go on? After all, those are just a few of the more obvious things.
