Sorry to hear of your back woes. I just visited my cousin in the hospital who had a laminectomy on Tuesday. He should have addressed his back problems in a serious way years ago. Don't procrastinate, and find the best doctor after getting multiple opinions. Too many assume it's just the natural course of aging. It doesn't necessarily have to be that way, or at least it can be mitigated.
