There is, however, no 'last one.' Nothing ever really ends. A POPE should know that.

65535 is as high as the count goes; that's all. Further messages can still be posted, and no doubt will, but they'll all be assigned the 65535 message number. Various forum features will therefore 'break.'

I hope you aren't counting on a permanent 'final message.' There won't be one.

I, personally, am gunning for message number 1111111111111110 - because it will be the last time a POPE message receives a fully functioning message with its own number.
