I am sorry to hear about your pain. Years ago I got whiplash in an auto accident - neck and shoulder injuries. Eventully they were fixed with surgery.
It is 64 bit, I am pretty sure. All I need is a quick and dependable pdf writing program that doesn't have any negatives. I mostly just write various types of files to pdf - nothing fancy.
