It will work better when I don;t forget to turn back on my SMP folding on this computer after turning it off the other day to restart the computer after doing some upgrades and tweaking. That SMP on this machine is good for about 2800-31000 PPD and with three of those processors running it adds up.
Of course, if I had a Hyper threading QUAD CORE Core I-7 like SOME person has, that SMP could be a lot better! lol!!!!!
AN FYI for you guys.
I will be having Spine surgery on the 17th of December.
The neurosurgeon found the problem with that last batch of tests and is confident this will fix the problem and relieve me from the low back crippling pain I experience daily.
A short 2 - 21/2 hour minimal invasive surgery and an outpatient at that! He says I should be good as new in a few weeks after that.
I will be delighted. That means it is back to the golf course for next season and maybe V-Golf and I can get together perhaps somewhere in Indiana and play a little. That would be fun!
Back to the salt mine and adventures of work!
