Further update:
After the attorney read and approved the cover letter, I re-sent the fraud form, certified and return receipt requested this time, to the US Postal Service Criminal Investigations Service Center, just last week since the original submission was never acknowledged.
Now I'll also be responding to the gibberish letter that Fidelity sent to the SEC with a copy to me.The reason why I didn't respond to them sooner was that I was hoping to enclose with my response a copy of the postal authority communication. And, in the update I will include as many of the particulars as possible, as instructed, since as I have already indicated to you, they have not addressed any of the issues in their response.
Interestingly enough, the attorney provided 2 more agencies that should be notified. They will be receiving a copy of the postal authority letter that I just re-mailed. The agencies she suggested are the FTC (ftc.gov) and the CFPB(consumerfinance.gov).
