Just received this memo from MaisOui. For the uninitiated, MaisOui is a bear that loves to short. In bold letters, his message announced that the best stock out there to short now might be that old blue chip, GE, General Electric.
Recently he was listening to a TV show and one of the gurus indicated that GE should be a purchase because they haven't been up for a long time. Well, obviously, MaisOui is of a different view. Just look at the preferred issue of that stock. That's a traveling stock if he ever saw one. That baby is on it's way to golden hands.
