He didn't suggest, "Parents, friends and alumnae clean the schools each weekend, as well as do repairs."

He would stigmatize these children.
As we all know, children can be the cruelest...

Hi Clo:

Works pretty well in Japan. Give kids some feeling of ownership and responsibility at their school. As you may know, I am Chairman of the Sweep & Mop Brigade at three local, co-op pre-schools. Parents, friends and alumnae clean the schools each weekend, as well as do repairs.

This is very much anti-Obama - "Ask not what you can do for your ...."
