...most likely the nets are there to keep "party officials" from being struck by falling bodies when they visit.

It has nothing to do with Fox news.

Foxconn is in China, they make phones for Apple & treat the employees like trash.
Its so bad, they put nets up so that when they tried to jump out of the windows to commit suicide their fall would be broken.
