And lets not forget Liz Cheney's husband who's current registered in BOTH Virginia and Wyoming. In fact, he lied about not being registered in any other state when he registered to vote in Wyoming shortly after he and his wife moved there so that she could run for the US Senate.

And then there was Ann Coulter attempting to vote in a district in which she no longer lived. Also there was that discrepancy in her claim to have voted for Ronald Reagan in 1980 when according to public records, including her drivers license, she would have only been 17 at the time. When this was pointed out to her, she claimed that her drivers license was incorrect and that she was actually born 2 years earlier then was previously reported, however she's never released a copy of her birth certificate despite her demanding that Obama release his. Her explanation for this apparent hypocrisy is that since she's not running for office, the details of her birth are none of anyone's business.

So Yes, I guess there have been cases of voter fraud yet I've never heard of anyone threatening to prosecute Cheney's husband or Ms. Coulter.
