Until then, who's to say Obama has violated the Constitution?

Then the same can be said of Obama, eh?

Presidents have always retained the power of 'Executive Action', and each has used it as he has seen appropriate. The other branches of the government have the ability to limit or define the extents of that power, as has been done in the past, so we will see if the Constitutional remedies work or not. Until then, who's to say Obama has violated the Constitution? Not the talking-heads as Faux News nor the Right-wing talk-show hosts and certainly not someone posting on a message board.
