"Time after time, when members of Congress have sued in the courts, because the Executive Branch did something that they believe frustrated the will of Congress, they have been met at the door of the courthouse with a polite refusal to let them in."

That's because they have no 'standing' in the courts and therefore there can be no basis for a case proceeding since any potential judgement against the Executive Branch would eventually be thrown out on purely Constitutional grounds. It's all a big waste of time and tax-payer's money and it makes the Republican House members look like even bigger horses asses than they already are. After all, most of them are lawyers so where exactly did they get this idea that this was going to work anyway. It's all just Kabuki theater for the party base, something to justify going out and soliciting more campaign contributions, period!

OCU> Not only is this a waste of tax-payer's money, the real irony is that on the face of it, it's simply UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

I'm pretty sure you are wrong.
Not that it is Un-Constitutional. More like, so far,
the courts have declined to stick their noses into
it.
