We've fought simple East Side vs West side snobbery for years and years here, Santa Rosa plays the same game, big bucks vs worker bees... In the end it doesn't matter.
I co-admin several Groups and in the end if the jerks are dumped, banned, everyone else gets into the true community mode, shares personal stories, historical takes, old photos, local photos, all good friends, some left the area long ago, but found us, and are delighted to see thechanges. Some who we only met through the Groups have gathered at homes, taverns, or campouts. A lot more in common than the snobbery BS.
Very simple fix for any problem, removal and a permanent ban, no warning, no games, just gone. Screw the trolls, nobody needs any of 'em.
