No ya don't, and ya don't impeach the president except in the case of high crimes and misdemeanors. On the other hand, the president has laws and the constitution that he should be going by. If there is a difference of opinion as to whether he has exceeded his authority then where better to settle it than court???
As far as conservatives hating obama because he is black, that is nonsense. It is far more likely that you voted for him and support him only because he is black and no other reason. The "racist" ball is in your court lad.
