My understanding is that the court disallowed the submission of any information about other Hobby Lobby business practices such as their dealing with China or how they had invested their employees 401k retirement funds. It was claimed that these had nothing to do with the issues being adjudicated. Apparently when a real person is being tried in court, it's OK to enter evidence about a person's moral character, but it's not when it's a 'corporate' person. So much for saying corporations have the same rights as people.
