Hi OCU:

Wasn't Social security self supporting, running a large surplus for decades, and a retirement system for the working class?

I know it was later expanded to include the disabled.

So was Social Security and that seems to have worked-out OK over the years (I left out your comment about illegal immigrants since BY LAW, they can not be recipients of the ACA).
