I learned long ago, you can't put more into someone that isn't willing to do the work. Its futile.
Unless they ASK for help, 'you're' wasting your time.

Besides, 'democracy' is foreign to them, they are tribal & still living in a different century.

IMO, look to see how people treat 'women' & 'children' & you'll know if they are worth the time, energy & money.

How come foreign troops trained by the U.S. seem best at running away?
