It's a giant income redistribution scheme and a clusterfuzzle. Obama is good at clusterfuzzles. He has never had any program with which he was even distantly associated that didn't turn into a giant clusterfuzzle.

So was Social Security and that seems to have worked-out OK over the years (I left out your comment about illegal immigrants since BY LAW, they can not be recipients of the ACA).
