I believe I read that article in my paper . . .

And the whiner pointed out two instances where a white
person was carrying a weapon . . one got arrested and
the other just got talked to.

In both cases, the white persons weapons were
holstered and not being used in a threatening manner.

The whiner also stated that the black guy was
carrying a 'non lethal pellet gun' which was designed
to look like an assault weapon. And that that
particular pellet gun was sold in that particular
store.

First question. What was the black dude doing that
caused somebody to think they needed to call the
police on him in the first place?

Second question. When the police mans told the dude
to put the weapon down, did he comply? Or did he act
the fool and point it at the officers?
