Well I made it to Stuttgart. Too bad my luggage is still in Dussledorf.
Our flight from the states was late and we had to run to catch the plane to Stuttgart but apparently no one was running with our bags (there were 3 passengers making the Stuttgart connection and none of us got our luggage). There's another flight coming in later this afternoon (it's 20 minutes after noon local time) so they're supposed to forward the bags to my hotel so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Tomorrow morning (Friday) I leave for Stuttgart, Germany. I'm going to be working with a new large German customer (actually I'm one of a team of about 20 people who'll be visiting the customer over the course of the next 8 weeks or so). I'll be there for two weeks (and before anyone asks, yes, I've already voted by mail-in ballot) and then in December I have to go back for another two weeks.
