One group is already operating under orders from the Commander in Chief. His orders to them, by defintion, cannot be construed as violating their civil liberties. The same can't be said for the average citizen who has not yet been shown to be a risk to society. It's part of the price you pay for living in a Constitutional democracy.

How does Obama square his position(s) on quarantining people on Ebola?

He said the science proves medical folks who have been in the trenches, are safe, unless showing symptoms.

Yet, the troops sent over to 'build' who aren't treating patients, need to be quarantined for 21 days???

This doesn't make sense.
