Since Obama believes the medical community in the trenches are safe, as long as they are symptom free, the troops out of the trenches should be even less of a risk!
Obama doesn't instill confidence when he uses two standards & claims 'science' is the measure he bases those standards.
One group is already operating under orders from the Commander in Chief. His orders to them, by defintion, cannot be construed as violating their civil liberties. The same can't be said for the average citizen who has not yet been shown to be a risk to society. It's part of the price you pay for living in a Constitutional democracy.
