Like I said a few weeks back, we should help Assad get rid of these assholes, and that is what is clear that is happening. I could be on Obama's Middle East policy team.
Americans should not give a dime about how others live, nor their opinions of what we are doing and/or should do, instead just make sure the world is stable and our interests protected. Idealism, as was shown in the neocon Iraq is futile. In this case, our interests will be protected, as well as Israel's which doesn't wan different assholes on its border. It can deal with Assad.
