How many whites get welfare and use drugs? You live in Appalachia so you should know.
How many whites live n projects? Been to Brooklyn? Go take a look at the projects that look like cities. White trash is a term created for them because someone had to describe them different than blacks and others.
Been to small town America? Full of white trash. Everywhere. Just because blacks are concentrated in big cities and are more visible, doesn't mean they are the only ones on welfare and living off the rest of us.
As for who's killing blacks for nothing, none of your rationalizing works with most of America. If you follow me and stalk me, I'll respond. If you kill my kid from 130" away because you two had an altercation, I'm coming after you.

the highest SAT scores admitted into our colleges
have SAT scores well below the lowest whites admitted.)
As far as blacks being killed by the police 'All The Time' . .
I don't think so. When it does happen, it is front
page news. And, invariably, most of the time when it
does happen, when the truth comes out we find out
that the real story is things like trayvon martin
assaulted and beat George Zimmerman and got himself
killed. Or Michael brown assaulted and beat a police
officer, tried to steal his gun, and got himself
killed.
