While there is an amount of change to be made by black people, this turkey is speaking out while standing on the shoulders of all those who defied those who kept his people in the back of buses, through back doors to buildings, and certainly off cameras, something he seems to relish doing yapping about how better he is than other blacks.
While change has happened in America, police depts around the country haven't really heard about it. As for the change he is calling for, what is he doing other than barking about it?
All he has to do to prove it to us all that is black folks's fault that they are hunted like animals, is walk in Staten Island NY, seemingly holding a joint, in order to find out as another brother of his found out recently by dying, strangled in the hands of police, assaulted by several cops for no other reason than walking the street while black.
