Iraq/Afghanistan fall in the "You break it, you own it" category defined by Colin Powell.

We can't leave there. We'll have to go back full steam later on. They should be considered our new Koreas. Stay there until there is no more threat. We left Iraq and now we have a serious threat there. We should have never gone in there to begin with. Thank you assholes who brought us there. Iraq should have never happened. Never.

Ukraine, a totally different story. The same old CIA intervention from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, the kind of shit that turned the whole world against us, and still feeding the assholes who hate us.

The US Congress seems oblivious to the past. Does Obama have a hand in all this? Yes, totally in Ukraine, but at least he's not as crazy as Mc Cain. We also don't know what kind of pressure he got from the Europeams for this stupid move.

In Iraq, he had no choice. He had to go from a sovereign country which would not give protection from prosecution to US military. Remember, we were "rebuilding" Iraq. A "free" people able to call the shots in their country. We freed them. That's what their government wanted. The world was watching.

Lesson: Do not free those who can only function in the way they have been functioning for centuries, since the beginning of time: a strongman beating down on them. Libya, Egypt, Iraq, Syria are prime examples of that. Obama learned from Egypt's "freedom run". Didn't do it again. You won't hear a peep from Congress or Obama about the military dictatorship there now.

He thought Ukraine would be different. Europe is not Arabs. Another lesson for Americans to learn that they have refused to learn since World War II.
