Jebie's the same doofus he was in Florida.

In suggesting the surge as "hugely successful", he is insinuating that with another 200000 troops in Iraq we'll be successful .....again.

All the surge did was bottle up the assholes. No one is going to keep them bottled up over decades. These are ancient assholes and their culture. They don't just pop up. They need to be dealt with ....DIFFERENT.
