Stewart: No One Can Work with Republicans! Even Other Republicans!

Jon Stewart tonight took on last week’s big mess in Congress over DHS funding and concluded that no one can work with a Republican House… even a Republican Senate. See, he figured that after the GOP “Red Wedding’d the Democrats” last year, they’d get more done.
But the “unstoppable tag team” of John Boehner and Mitch McConnell has hit a few snags with the DHS flap, and Stewart described the GOP-led House as “the turd clogging our legislative plumbing.”
Stewart went after Boehner in particular for being so “overconfident” of a plan that would have only stalled for three weeks, only to have that not work and have everyone settle on a plan to stall for just one week.
