I'm surprised how reasonably folks in NY state drive on the main highways. Some might say pokey compared to Ma.

47 speeding ticket in six hours doesn't seem like a big haul. One trooper in Ct. used to do that in a couple of hours at a speed trap on I-95 where the limit suddenly dived to 55 MPH. When my brother and I were ticketed, he waved three cars in a row over while passing us, wrote tickets with zero conversation, and went back for more. We tried to get him disciplined for being an officious pissant.
